The Joe Nuxhall Memorial Honorary Star of the GameWith the MLB leader in saves on the mound, things looked dire for the Reds, but they battled like they always do and came up with a walk-off win. The man who hit that walk-off was Tyler Damn Stephenson. He had 2 hits on the night and smoked a line drive to right drive in the winning run. That’s already his third walk-off hit in his young career. Cool stuff.Luis Castillo was very good once again. He faced the minimum through the first four innings and didn’t give up a hit until the fifth. He was a little less sharp after the rain delay but was still hitting 98-99 MPH on his fastball after 100 pitches. In all, he went 6.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits with 3 walks and 6 strikeouts. Who knows what that line would have been without the rain delay because he was absolutely dominant before the delay.Another important series looms tomorrow against the stupid Chicago Cubs.
